What is Mayin?

A source map of what AI models cite when someone asks a buying question in your category.

Mayin is a GEO (generative engine optimization) agent that runs entirely inside a Telegram chat. Give it a brand and a category; it tells you which brands AI models recommend for that category, and exactly which sources those answers cite — ranked, reproducible, and checkable by you.

How It Works

  1. You give it a brand and a category — a few messages in Telegram, no form, no dashboard.
  2. It asks the buying questions a real customer would — the same ones someone actually asks an AI before choosing a vendor — and records which brands and sources the answers cite.
  3. You get a ranked source map back — a free teaser shows the brands AI recommends; $29 unlocks every cited source, how often each one comes up, and which brands it mentions.

Why a Source Map, Not a Score

Most AI visibility tools give you a single number — a "visibility score" you have to trust. Mayin gives you the receipts instead: the actual pages the models cite, in order, with counts. You can ask the same question yourself and check whether a source comes back — that reproducibility is the whole credibility argument. A score asks you to trust it. A source map lets you verify it.

What You Can Do With It

The map exists to point at whichever of these moves is worth making in your category — usually some mix of: publishing your own category roundup (competitors already do this and get cited for it), getting into the one discussion thread carrying most of the citations, and claiming your listing on the review sites AI models cite most.

Who It's For

The owner or sole marketer of a small or mid-size software vendor — someone who wants to know if their brand shows up when AI answers a buying question in their category, and exactly what to do if it doesn't. No dashboard to learn, no seat to buy — it lives in the chat app you already have open.

An Earlier Version, Open Source

Before this became a Telegram bot, Mayin was a self-hosted AI-visibility scanner with a dashboard, accounts, and subscription billing. That codebase is open source: frontend and backend.
